Time Efficient

All discussinos regarding misunderstandings are taking place on the fly, as you estimate. You don't have blind turns here, therefore you don't wait long. This facilitates discussion on demand.

Been there, done that. We know the pain of the traditional planning poker, so we've tried our best to implement an estimation game without all that boring stuff.

Setup a game

Create all cards one by one or import pack of issues from your issue tracker. Once all cards are created, simply start the game and share the link with your colleagues. Once clicked the link, they will join the same game room as you are in.

Sort the cards

A game starts with 1 card laying on the table (this will be an anchor point for our future comparisons) and the deck of cards. First player picks a card from the deck and moves it either on the left or on the right to the reference card, which lays on the table. Left – easier, right – more complex. Turn goes to the next player. This continues, until all cards are laid on the "table".

Finally, estimate

Once all cards are laid, you can now start assigning some values to them. This is done by dragging ranges. Think of it as of assigning same estimates to the multiple cards at once. Yes, you got it right and that's the point. Since all cards are already laid in the sequence, based on their complexity - estimating goes much easier. The rules are the same as above - you change estimate ranges turn by turn and discuss if someone disagrees.
